On completion of site works, Project Operation & Maintenance Manuals are issued, including:

• The Construction Phase Health & Safety File;

• As Built drawings;

• M&E electrical certificates;

• Building products and technical literature; and

• Other specialist technical information such as testing commissioning certification relating to products and materials as installed within the Project.

• Defects period and guarantees.

​

This documentation will be collated and issued to the Client 7 days after the completion of the works.
