Kathleen Hegarty

Kathleen Hegarty our General Manager and Policy Coordinator, Kathleen is in charge of maintaining and updating all of our policy documents and onsite procedures. Ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times by all team members and subcontractors, Kathleen is also responsible for all Health & Safety issues, recruitment and HR requirements. Also, Kathleen takes charge of tender preparation with the Estimating Team, coordinating the commercial and technical submissions.
